NARS and famed designer Phillip Lim have collaborated on a beautiful collection of nail polishes inspired by colors that “exist in the shadows”.
This collaboration consists of the nail polishes ($20) and a Pochette ($80) and will be available July 15th at NARS boutiques and narscosmetics.com. The collection launches August 1st everywhere else NARS is sold with the exception of the shade Insidious, which is exclusive to NARS boutiques and their website.

Who doesn’t love a good drugstore haul? I woke up before Mr. Boyfriend on Saturday and decided to adventure over to a Rite Aid I haven’t been in before, because according to the magical internet machine, that Rite Aid carries Black Radiance. BR is a Markwins brand, the same company that makes Wet ‘n Wild.
I was doing one of my favorite things…prowling a 24-hour drugstore at a strange hour of the day/night, and stumbled across the Covergirl nail polishes. I have known about them for a while but kind of ignored them. Except in this Walgreens, they were about at eye level. And there was a shade that would NOT be ignored…
The April theme for Julep Maven boxes was brights, and boy did they deliver. I opted for the It Girl box this month and also added on the color Lena and the Rock Candy Glaze in Candy. The It Girl box included some actual rock candy in it, too. Cute touch. :)
